Black and wood is such a classic combo for these gorgeous antique pieces. 
Original side rails are included and fit in well, you can see these in the last photo.
Measures: 56” wide x 53” high 
54.75” from slat to slat so this would hold a full/double mattress. There are conversion kits available to make frames bigger to hold a queen, but I haven’t tried that myself.
