What a gorgeous bed! This antique bed is believed to be from around 1900 and is in fabulous condition! 
It measures 55.5" from slat to slat. 63" at the tallest point and 58" wide on the headboard. The footboard is 53.5" wide x 58" tall. 
There are kits available that allow a full frame to adjust to a queen mattress but I have not tried this.
