Clara is a gorgeous vintage Lane  cedar chest. Her wooden accents have been hand sanded to remove the original finish and hempseed oil was applied to keep the beautiful natural wood. The body was hand painted in a soft, warm white and a fabulous floral motif was applied. Lightly distressed and dark glaze give her that warm, well loved feel. Everything sealed for protection.

The inside is lined in cedar. It has been revived with a scented furniture salve because it no longer had the cedar scent, even after sanding. It now smells wonderful. Like a soft spring day. 💞
